Our Philosophy

At Christina Pilates, our approach to teaching Pilates is dynamic and effective, incorporating resistance into training. This element differentiates us from other Pilates studios, as it enhances the muscular strength, stability and endurance of our trainees.

Our classes are held in small groups, in order to ensure personalized guidance and correct execution of the exercises. We place special emphasis on the basic principles of Pilates, such as:
✔ Correct posture
✔ Conscious control of breathing
✔ Activation and strengthening of the core
✔ Flow and precision in movements

With this method, our trainees acquire better body alignment, increased flexibility and greater endurance, improving their overall quality of life.

Types of Classes

At Christina Pilates, we offer programs tailored to the needs of each trainee, aiming for maximum effectiveness and guidance. Classes are held in:

Group classes (up to 6 people) – Ideal for those who enjoy the energy of a group, while maintaining personalized attention.
Small groups (3 people) – More personalization and better control of technique.
Duet sessions (2 people) – Ideal for those who want to train with a friend/relative with similar goals.
Personal training (individual lessons) – Completely tailored to the needs and goals of each trainee, with 100% personalized guidance.
With these options, we can cover every level and need, whether it is rehabilitation or strengthening and development in training.
